Dr. Franz Hidber

In addition to being a member of the advisory board, Dr. Hidber is also the chairman of the executive board and has been with Swisslake since its very beginnings. Dr. Hidber has over 40 years of real estate experience; including ex-CEO and Chairman of Züblin Immobilien AG, one of Switzerland’s largest listed real estate companies. Dr. Hidber received his Doctorate from University St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

 

Bernd Heuer

Mr. Heuer has more than 40 years of real estate and finance experience to his account. During his long career, Mr. Heuer was amongst many other activities, the first editor of the popular “Immobilienmanager” magazine, project manager at the EBS Real Estate Academy and founder of the “Immobilienscout24″ (the first internet search engine for real estate in Germany).

Through his longstanding industry activities, Mr Heuer has created an exceptional network amongst industry professionals and is one the most recognized and respected figures in the real estate world. Currently, Mr Heuer is engaged in the urban development through sustainable real estate projects.

 

Prof. Dr. Rolf Seebauer

For more than 40 years Prof. Dr. Rolf Seebauer has been active in international consulting firms, particularly within the real estate industry. Most notably, Prof. Dr. Seebauer was the managing partner of Dr. Seebauer & Partners GmbH and managing director of Mercer Oliver Wyman. Prof. Dr. Seebauer has a Ph.D. in economics from the university in Innsbruck and was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit.
